welcome praise band to your NEW home for all your musical needs. this site will serve as a MAJOR resource for the praise band. here you will find things like the play list for the week, music downloads for the coming practice, and any new songs that we may be learning so that you may hear and learn how to play as well. i will also add a message board so you can leave me messages, news up dates will be made daily and weekly, i will put a calander on here as well...

the object of this site is to streamline practice and the praise band in general. even though i am the music minister, each of you still has a very important role in the program. in a very REAL sense...you all are music ministers. every action you make, and every word you sing, and every beat you play, and every note you strum is heard and felt by the congregation, the band, and God most importantly. so it is very important that we have ourselves lined up with God when it comes to worship!

News and Updates:

9.9.05...........Sunday is coming up and coming up fast. Tonight I plan on having practice. Please, if anyone can not make it, call me and let me know. I apologize about the whole not getting the music on here...i'm really sucking it up. Just bring all your music tonight and we'll have it figured out! See all of you tonight!!!

8.30.05.........Well, good news and bad news all at the same time. Willie and Cosmo will both be gone this weekend. Good news is the Bishop is not coming to our church this Sunday...so we still get to have the whole band (hopefully) for when he comes....but, my brother is possibly playing the drums, or the congo's, and Amber is on Bass. SO....no practice on Thursday...so practice up on these songs....the 2 songs that are NEW...i have ready for download....and to print out....so if you need em'....they're here!! SEE YALL ON SUNDAY AT 8:30!!

8.19.05..........Alright everyone, this week will the first week in almost a month that we will have EVERYONE present. Unfortunately, Amber can't make practice, but she will be there for Sunday. I still need to practice w/ Willie though. So....I look forward to Sunday, and having everyone back all at the same time!!

8.11.05..........Well everyone....WILLIE is back!! it's good to see him finally back in town, and to finally have a drummer. Unfortunately....all at the same time, Amber will be gone. But, the good news is that Cosmo will be playing Sunday! How cool is that? Anyways, that's the news for now...only 2 songs to download...here they come!

8.6.05............Howdy all...well...1....this is the last week that Willy will be gone for hopefully a little while, atleast until September 4th. Anyways, we wish him well, and a safe trip back to us. I just returned from Promise Keepers, and my eyes are now open. Open to a new world of family, life, and church. I now realize where I have been going wrong in ministry. I hope that I can change these things, and in the same moment, impact all of your lives as well, and the lives of those we worship with, or meet for that matter. Enjoy today, and tomorrow, come with a heart willing and ready, and open.
